Your missions

  • Conduct digital maturity assessments and IT system audits
  • Build digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy
  • Facilitate scoping workshops with business and IT leadership
  • Produce comparative analyses (benchmarks) and strategic recommendations
  • Lead transformation programs in agile mode (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Contribute to business development through proposal writing and presentations

Required profile

  • 3+ years of experience in IT consulting or strategy firms
  • Understanding of IT challenges: ERP, CRM, Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics for non-technical stakeholders
  • Mastery of agile methodologies and transformation frameworks (TOGAF is a plus)
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset, rigor and autonomy
  • Fluent English required
