Tech Lead Java/Spring

Your missions

• Lead a team of 4-6 Java/Spring Boot developers
• Define application architecture and development standards
• Ensure code quality through reviews and automated tests (JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber)
• Drive deliveries in coordination with project managers and clients
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
• Contribute to recruiting and upskilling the team

Required profile

• 6+ years of Java development experience, including 2+ as Tech Lead
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate expertise
• Experience with microservice architectures and REST APIs
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
• Banking/insurance sector experience is a significant plus
• Natural leadership, pedagogy and communication skills
