• Hands-on data engineering experience on production systems
• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL
• Practice with modern transformation and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow or equivalents)
• Knowledge of at least one cloud data platform (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks…)
• High standards for data quality and processing costs
• Curiosity about machine learning and its industrialization constraints
