Skills and mindset we value

• Experience operating production systems, on cloud or dedicated servers
• Practice with Terraform or equivalent, and at least one cloud provider
• Good command of Docker, Kubernetes and the Linux ecosystem
• Comfortable scripting in Bash, Python or Go
• Calm and methodical under incident pressure, with a taste for honest post-mortems
• The conviction that the best infrastructure is the one nobody has to watch at night
